Part-Time / Ad Hoc / Weekend Nanny & Support Role

£15–£20 per hour (depending on experience)

A warm and welcoming family in Chichester are looking for an experienced, kind and adaptable childcare professional to support their three wonderful children. This is a rewarding role for someone who understands neurodivergent children and feels comfortable working within a gentle, low-pressure parenting style.

The children are aged 6, 9 and 10. The youngest attends a specialist school and requires close supervision outdoors, while the older two are home educated and enjoy creative and active activities. The family are looking for someone calm, patient and emotionally aware, who can build a positive and trusting relationship with the children.

The role is flexible and may include after-school care, babysitting, weekend help, holiday cover or occasional overnight support. Duties include providing attentive care, supporting outings, keeping play and kitchen areas tidy, and helping with simple child-related tasks.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years childcare experience

• Experience with neurodivergent children

• A warm, flexible and understanding nature

• A driving licence (preferred)

• Confidence working in a relaxed, gentle home environment

• Comfort around pets
