Jess Martin, is a Norland College qualified childcare professional with more than 15 years of hands on experience. She is a lifelong childcare enthusiast who has dedicated her career to supporting families and children from newborn through to 14 years old.

Jess has travelled the world caring for children, including high profile and HNW families. Her work has taken her into private households across the UK and internationally, supporting parents through newborn routines, sleep guidance, early development, behaviour and educational milestones. Working at this level has shaped her understanding of discretion, professionalism and the importance of tailored, child centred care. ‍

Over the years, Jess became the trusted, go to support for many families navigating both the joyful and challenging seasons of parenting. It was through these close working relationships that she realised she wanted to make a broader impact, to support thousands of parents, not just those who directly employed her, on their most important journey, parenting.‍

As a parent to a child with cystic fibrosis, Jess understands first hand how important it is to find childcare that not only nurtures but confidently supports unique medical or special educational needs. This lived experience gives her deep empathy for families who require an extra layer of reassurance and competence in their childcare. That understanding sits at the heart of Sproggle’s mission, to connect families with childcare professionals who are compassionate, capable and carefully matched to each family’s individual needs. ‍

Alongside her agency work, Jess runs a successful instagram platform, @thelittledreameruk, where she shares practical, experience led guidance on early years development, routines, sleep, confidence building and navigating parenthood with reassurance. Her approach is warm, realistic and rooted in both professional training and lived experience.‍ Recently she has co-founded The Nanny Academy with Louenna Hood.

‍Whether you are looking for a nanny, maternity nurse or temporary support, Jess offers a thoughtful, personal and supportive approach, ensuring every child and every parent feels understood and truly cared for.
