What We Offer

We’re more than just a childcare platform - we’re a close-knit community of professionals who share a genuine passion for what we do. At Sproggle, we believe that childcare is more than a job; it’s a vocation built on trust, empathy, and dedication. Our team provides ongoing support, guidance, and encouragement to every childcare provider, helping them grow in confidence and skill. We take care of the details - from vetting and matching to advice and communication, so our professionals can focus on what truly matters: creating safe, nurturing, and joyful experiences for the children in their care.

  • Joining Sproggle is completely free for childcare professionals. Once registered, you’ll become part of our trusted network and be considered for suitable roles with families across West Sussex. We take the time to get to know you, your experience and the type of work you’re looking for so we can match you with the right opportunities.

  • We work with families throughout West Sussex who are looking for reliable, caring and experienced childcare professionals. As a registered Sproggle candidate, you’ll have access to a range of local opportunities, from regular nanny positions to occasional babysitting and temporary roles. We carefully match candidates with families to make sure placements feel comfortable and rewarding for everyone.

  • We understand that every childcare professional is looking for something different. Whether you want a full-time nanny role, part-time hours, temporary work, or occasional babysitting, we’ll help you find positions that suit your availability and lifestyle. Our aim is to offer flexible opportunities while making sure every role is safe, suitable and professionally arranged.

  • At Sproggle, we offer a personal and supportive approach from the moment you register with us. We guide you through each step, from application and interviews to securing the right placement. We’re always available to answer questions, offer advice, and make sure you feel confident and supported while working with families through our agency.

  • We can provide advice on the requirements needed to work in different childcare roles, including DBS checks, Ofsted registration, references and relevant training. Whether you are new to agency work or an experienced nanny, we are here to help you understand what is needed and support you in meeting professional standards expected by families.
