Full-Time Nanny – Chichester, West Sussex
A lovely, relaxed and welcoming family based in Chichester are looking for a full-time nanny to join their home and care for their two children - a 3.5-year-old daughter and a newborn baby.
The family have a calm, conscious and intentional approach to parenting. Their values centre around love, kindness, connection and respectful childcare, and they are looking for a nanny who shares a similar outlook and genuinely enjoys supporting children’s emotional wellbeing as well as their development.
Their daughter is a bubbly, chatty and active little girl with a huge excitement for life, who loves being outdoors, playing, talking and exploring. The family would love someone who can match her energy while also bringing a gentle, nurturing and patient presence to the home, especially with a newborn in the family.
The role is based in a beautiful home in Chichester, shared with three friendly dogs and two cats, so the nanny must be comfortable around animals.
The role will include:
Full care of both children
Supporting the newborn alongside mum, and sole charge when required
Planning fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities
Outdoor play, walks and outings
Nursery duties (children’s laundry, tidying play areas, preparing meals for the children)
Helping to maintain a calm, organised and happy home environment
The family are looking for someone who is:
