Delivery Charges

Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 per order to addresses within mainland UK. All orders over £100 qualify for free delivery to addresses within mainland UK. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Highlands of Scotland may incur a delivery surcharge. Any excess delivery charges will be passed on at cost. Please contact us for a quote.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, including customs clearance charges, which are levied by the country where the goods are shipped. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Delivery Time

All orders will be despatched as soon as possible by first class mail or courier. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery within the UK. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in installments if certain items are out of stock. If your order is required at short notice, please contact us by email at hello@sproggle.co.uk before placing the order, and we will advise whether we can deliver in time for your deadline.

Returns

If you are not 100% happy with your Sproggle purchase, you may return items within 14 days from the date of despatch for a full refund. The charges for the item(s) will be re-credited to that credit or debit account, provided the item(s) you return are in the same condition when delivered to you. We are unable to refund the delivery charge or any charges incurred when returning the goods to Sproggle, unless the return is as a result of an error on our side. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

Sproggle will be happy to exchange for the same item products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstance that is in our error within 14 days from the date of despatch. Payment We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, and Visa Delta. If you would prefer not to place your order via the Web, please call us on +44 560 3300 337. If we are unable to answer at the time of your call, please leave a telephone number where we can return your call.

Privacy

We will not pass on your personal, credit or debit card details to any third party. We will never ask for personal details via email. If you receive an unsolicited email asking you for your sproggle.co.uk log in details, please contact us immediately.
